A coaching package that is completed tailored to your specific needs and situation

If none of my other packages work for you, there is also the possibility to create a package that is entirely tailored to your specific needs and situation. In these sessions, I will draw upon a variety of skills as appropriate including coaching, mentoring, EFT, and personality profiling.

The exact price for this package will vary depending on how often you want to see me and whether you would like messaging access to me in between sessions. But I like to be as upfront as I can be about my pricing, so the total cost will be calculated according to the following principles:

  • One-to-one sessions normally cost £111 per hour, but are reduced to £88 per hour if you commit to work for me for two sessions a month for at least three months.

  • Messaging access is normally £555 per month or £111 per day for a standalone session, but I do occasionally offer discounted prices for this service to people who I have already worked with previously.

  • I occasionally offer bursary places to clients who are facing financial hardship.

What is life coaching, and how does it work?

Coaching is a word that can conjure up many different associations for different people.  One of the most common is that people think of a coach as someone who tells you what to do.  But as a life coach, telling you what to do is one thing that I definitely don’t ever do!

My style of coaching can best be described as a conversation-based approach to moving you from where you are now to where you want to be.  I do not provide advice or guidance, though I will sometimes share models of personal development with you (but you always have the choice as to whether these models are something you want to work with further).

When coaching someone, I always work from the assumption that you already have the answers within you.  My role is to ask the powerful questions that help you to access your own internal wisdom.  This style of coaching is a very powerful process that helps you to unlock your potential.
